The home for Nurse Practitioners
One Profession. One Community. One Home.
Your nursing journey shouldn't require forty Facebook groups and endless Google searches. From NP student to experienced provider, find the resources, connections, and support you need, all in one place.
Founded by a PMHNP, for NPs
Liane Forman, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Founder, My NP-HQ
I'm a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health NP, and My NP-HQ started the way most good things do, by helping people I cared about.
During my PMHNP program, I was the one organizing the group chats, sharing resources, answering the late-night questions. I loved watching my classmates hit their milestones as much as my own. Somewhere between the studying and the celebrating, I realized the support NPs need doesn't end at graduation, if anything, practice brings harder questions.
So I built the home I always wished existed. Not forty scattered Facebook groups and a Google rabbit hole, one real home. A community where questions are welcomed, knowledge is shared, and no NP has to figure it out alone.
Welcome to My NP-HQ. I'm so glad you're here.
Everything in one place
Community
A real feed, not an algorithm. Post cases (never PHI), ask questions, follow NPs in your specialty, join groups for your state or field.
Library
Hundreds of step-by-step guides: licensing in every state, DEA registration, contracts, billing, business setup, retirement. Every guide tells you how and where, never "go figure it out."
Medication Reference
296 prescribing monographs, dosing, titration, monitoring, interactions, and clinical pearls. Every page carries the same standard: verify with the current FDA label and your pharmacist.

Questions
Who is My NP-HQ for?
NP students, new grads, working NPs in every specialty, NP business owners, and retiring NPs, across all 50 states.
Is the library medical advice?
No. It's reference information for licensed (or soon-to-be-licensed) professionals. Always verify licensing and legal questions with your state board, and clinical questions against current guidelines and references.
What do founding members get?
The first 100 members pay a one-time $29 for lifetime access, founder badge on their profile, name on the Founders Wall, and everything My NP-HQ ever makes. After the 100 spots are gone, membership is $49/year.
How is the library reviewed?
Every guide is written to one standard: you can act on the page alone, without opening Google, numbered steps, exact portals and forms, costs, timelines, pitfalls, and named laws with current official sources. In October 2026 the full library was audited end-to-end against current primary sources (state boards of nursing, the FDA, federal program pages) and 129 inaccuracies were corrected. Drug monographs carry dosing, warnings, and interactions with a verify-with-the-label standard on every page. The library is reference information for professionals, not medical or legal advice, regulations change, and when they do we update the affected guides.
Is my information private?
When you browse signed out, everything stays on your device, we don't receive it. When you create an account and sign in, your profile, posts, and messages are stored on our servers so they sync across your devices. Read the for the full picture.
When does it officially launch?
We're in private beta now with a small group of testers. Checkout opens at launch, the first 100 members lock $29 lifetime founding membership, then it's $49/year.

The short version
My NP-HQ runs on real accounts. We collect only what's needed to run the community, we never sell your personal data, and we run zero third-party ad trackers.
What we collect
Account info: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We never see or store your actual password.
Your activity: posts, comments, likes, follows, group memberships, and direct messages, the things that make it a community.
Membership & billing: whether your account is a paid member. Card payments are processed by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers.
Emails to us: if you write to us, we read it to fix bugs and improve the product. We never add you to a marketing list.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data. We don't run third-party ad trackers. We don't share your data with data brokers.
Your rights
Export everything on your account anytime from your profile, or delete your account entirely, deletion is permanent and removes your posts, messages, and profile. Questions or requests: legal@mynphq.com.
Security
Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in readable form. No system is perfectly secure, but we deliberately collect as little as possible so there's less to protect.
Children
My NP-HQ is for adults 18 and older, including NP students.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll post the new version here with a new date.

Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Forman Media Group LLC ("we," "us"), doing business as MY NP-HQ.
1. What My NP-HQ is
A community and reference library for Nurse Practitioners, NP students, and related professionals. Library content is reference information, not medical, legal, or financial advice, and using it doesn't create a clinician-patient relationship. Verify licensing and legal questions with your state board of nursing and a licensed attorney.
Clinical calculators are reference tools only. Always verify any output against current clinical guidelines and your own professional judgment before acting on it. Calculator results are not medical advice and are never a substitute for your training and judgment.
2. Who can join
You must be 18 or older.
3. Your content, your responsibility
You own what you post. By posting, you give My NP-HQ permission to display it in the community. You are solely responsible for everything you share here. My NP-HQ doesn't pre-screen every post and isn't responsible for what members post, including exam or test answers, copyrighted materials, or anything that violates your school's honor code, your employer's policies, or the law. If your school, employer, or licensing board takes action because of something you posted, that's on you, not us. Don't post anything you wouldn't want attributed to you.
3A. Library content, what you may do with it
The library guides, drug monographs, diagnosis checklists, and other reference materials are yours to use as a member, download or print copies for your own personal, non-commercial reference. What you may not do: redistribute, republish, resell, scrape, or post our content anywhere else, including other websites, social media, forums, or study/test-prep materials. We reserve all rights not expressly granted here.
4. No patient information. Ever.
Never post anything that could identify a patient, no names, photos, dates, locations, or case details. We'll remove it if we see it, with or without warning.
5. Play fair
No harassment, hate speech, threats, or spam. No impersonating another person or credential. No uploading material you don't have the right to share. No using the platform for anything illegal. Academic integrity matters here: don't share exam answers, test banks, or paywalled content.
6. Moderation
We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms or harm the community, at our discretion. Report problems with the in-app feedback button or by email.
If we terminate or restrict your account for violating these terms, including posting patient information, harassment, or repeated copyright infringement, membership fees already paid are not refunded.
7. Membership and billing
Membership is $49/year. The first 100 founding members paid a one-time $29 for lifetime access (founder badge, Founders Wall listing, all current and future content and features). Founding memberships are limited to 100 total, are non-transferable, and are no longer available. Prices are subject to change.
Refunds: membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, write to legal@mynphq.com and we'll make it right.
Annual renewals: $49/year memberships renew automatically each year until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your profile, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period, then your account drops to the free preview. We'll never raise your renewal price without telling you first.
Separate checkout terms may apply at purchase.
8. The fine print
My NP-HQ is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for anything arising from your use of the platform or your reliance on library content. You agree to hold My NP-HQ harmless from claims caused by what you post or how you use the service. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of My NP-HQ will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $29 if you paid nothing). We are never liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including any harm from relying on library content for clinical decisions.
9. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on My NP-HQ infringes your copyright, email legal@mynphq.com with: (1) a description of the work you own, (2) where it appears on My NP-HQ (a link or clear description), (3) your contact information, and (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by you, your agent, or the law. We'll remove or disable infringing material promptly. Members who repeatedly post infringing material lose their accounts.
10. Changes
We'll update these terms as the product grows and post the new version here.

Community Guidelines
The vibe: professionals helping professionals.
- Be kind and professional. Disagree with ideas, not people. No harassment, hate speech, bullying, or threats.
- No patient information. Not even "de-identified" stories with enough detail to recognize someone. When in doubt, leave it out.
- Protect academic integrity. Don't share exam answers, test banks, or copyrighted materials. Study together, don't cheat together.
- General info, not personal medical advice. Discuss clinical topics in general terms. Don't diagnose or prescribe for specific people in posts or DMs.
- Back up clinical claims. Cite a source when you state something as fact, a guideline, the library, or one of our references.
- No spam. Occasional relevant sharing is fine; flooding the feed isn't.
- Report, don't retaliate. See something off? Use the feedback button or email us. Moderators have the final say.
- DMs aren't a loophole. Direct messages are private between you and the other person, but these rules still apply there, harassment or PHI over DM is treated the same as in public.
Break these repeatedly and you'll lose posting privileges or your account.

What you're agreeing to (plain language)
- Informational only. Guides, drug monographs, checklists, and community posts are general information, not medical advice and not a providerโpatient relationship.
- Your judgment rules. Verify everything against current primary sources, FDA labeling, your state board of nursing, your institution's protocols.
- Use at your own risk. To the maximum extent the law allows, My NP-HQ and Forman Media Group aren't liable for outcomes from using anything on the site.
- All sales final. Founding ($29) and annual ($49/yr) memberships are non-refundable. Cancel anytime; annual runs to the end of the paid period.
